I work at IRIDeS, Tohoku University as an Associate Professor now in Sendai, Japan.

My research interests include Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing and its applications to urban monitoring and disaster science. I have published 40+ papers at top international P&RS conferences and journals such as ISPRS Journal of P&RS, IEEE TGRS, IEEE J-STARS, GSIS and RS.

I welcome highly motivated Master/Ph.D. students interested in deep learning for photogrammetry and remote sensing to work with me. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me at wei.yuan@tohoku.ac.jp.
